I believe all members of a school are educators, they all have opportunity to impact the lives of young people and have a positive effect on their lives and their future. 

Effective teaching and learning requires passion, enthusiasm, planning, and reflection focused on improvement. 

Relationships are the cornerstone to creating a positive culture where learning is valued and collaboration and growth are possible. 

Learning is a life long journey that can unlock potential opportunities leading to success in life for the student, family and community. As the lead learner of a school I am must model the behaviors if I expect teachers, students, and parents to embody these qualities. 

As an administrator, I am responsible for the academic progress, safety, and emotional wellbeing of our students and teachers. To achieve this responsibility we must work with all community stakeholders and include their voice. Through collaboration we can meet the needs of all students and provide the best possible education for all children.
